Its a girl on 5 years with last day of finals leaving for San Diego

On May 17th we celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We also found out we were having a girl on that same day. Tanner had his last day of his first year in podiatry school. That same day we left to San Diego to go on our cruise. It was such a crazy busy day but finding out we are having another sweet girl made it amazing. The best part is every time we are at the doctor to find out its a girl Tanner tears up with joy. Then the whole ride home hes talking about how she will never wear a bathing suit only wet suits. Shes never going to a school dance and she wont date till shes 30. He loves his girls. I'm sure he wants a boy (I know I do) but he sure is grateful for his girls. The other day he asked me "why do you think the Lord is giving us girls?" I replied with "Because he knows I won't do scouts." So there you have it, that's the reason we have girls :)

Sienna turns 1! (a month ago)

Well our sweet Sienna turned 1 on April 30th and I am little late putting it up. It has definitely been adventure with Sienna. From day one I knew she was going to be a little more difficult. She didn't start sleeping through the night till about 11 months. Shes needy and just likes to cry. BUT she is the sweetest cutest baby's I know. She has a smile that just makes you smile no matter what time of night it is. She has the best laugh EVER and loves her sister Ava so much! Ava was the first word Sienna said. I truly believe Sienna was so early on all her stages (rolling over, crawling, walking) because she wanted to just keep up with Ava. She is finely at a stage to play with Ava and nothing makes my heart smile more than watching them play together. Sienna is hilarious on a daily bases. She gets into everything and just smiles at you like "what? Oh I'm not suppose to make this mess?" The number one trait that best describes Sienna is her eating ability. She can put food away like no ones business. Then just top it off with her award winning smile and its hook line and sinker. I love you Sienna and can't imagine my life without you!

Ava is 4!

My sweet Ava turned 4 last week. She is truly an amazing person. She has such a personality that makes us laugh every day. I love that she gets so excited for party's. We had a "My Little Pony" party in our back yard. We invited all her friends. She is such a social butterfly that she had lots of friends there. Not gonna lie, I procrastinated this party. We were in San Diego for about 3 weeks and I didn't do any planning for it. So this was a "last minute" put together party. Ava still loved it and had a lot of fun!
Ava woke up with balloons all over her room and streamers coming down her doorway (didn't get a picture go me)
Then before joy school she had her favorite breakfast Rainbow Dash pancakes, sausage and a rainbow sprinkle doughnut. Eat it while you can Ava...eat it while you can.

For the party I pre-ordered probably over 100 balloons from party city. Balloons that were not even blown up when I went to pick them up. Half of them popped getting from the car to our house because they were rushing and over blown them up. Same thing happened with Sienna's birthday. I'm not bitter.

We made "Pretty Pony Party Hats"

and painted our nails beautiful like Rarity.

We also went on a hunt for "cutie marks" but of course I did not take a picture.

We had push up cake pops and rainbow sherbet ice cream.

It was then time for Ava to open her presents. She got lots of great presents from great friends!

For the party favors the kids got "Apple Jacks Special Carmel Apples" to take home. I of course didn't take a picture.

She had a blast. Happy Birthday Ava Lynn!!
