On May 17th we celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We also found out we were having a girl on that same day. Tanner had his last day of his first year in podiatry school. That same day we left to San Diego to go on our cruise. It was such a crazy busy day but finding out we are having another sweet girl made it amazing. The best part is every time we are at the doctor to find out its a girl Tanner tears up with joy. Then the whole ride home hes talking about how she will never wear a bathing suit only wet suits. Shes never going to a school dance and she wont date till shes 30. He loves his girls. I'm sure he wants a boy (I know I do) but he sure is grateful for his girls. The other day he asked me "why do you think the Lord is giving us girls?" I replied with "Because he knows I won't do scouts." So there you have it, that's the reason we have girls :)

Sienna turns 1! (a month ago)
Well our sweet Sienna turned 1 on April 30th and I am little late putting it up. It has definitely been adventure with Sienna. From day one I knew she was going to be a little more difficult. She didn't start sleeping through the night till about 11 months. Shes needy and just likes to cry. BUT she is the sweetest cutest baby's I know. She has a smile that just makes you smile no matter what time of night it is. She has the best laugh EVER and loves her sister Ava so much! Ava was the first word Sienna said. I truly believe Sienna was so early on all her stages (rolling over, crawling, walking) because she wanted to just keep up with Ava. She is finely at a stage to play with Ava and nothing makes my heart smile more than watching them play together. Sienna is hilarious on a daily bases. She gets into everything and just smiles at you like "what? Oh I'm not suppose to make this mess?" The number one trait that best describes Sienna is her eating ability. She can put food away like no ones business. Then just top it off with her award winning smile and its hook line and sinker. I love you Sienna and can't imagine my life without you!

Ava is 4!
My sweet Ava turned 4 last week. She is truly an amazing person. She has such a personality that makes us laugh every day. I love that she gets so excited for party's. We had a "My Little Pony" party in our back yard. We invited all her friends. She is such a social butterfly that she had lots of friends there. Not gonna lie, I procrastinated this party. We were in San Diego for about 3 weeks and I didn't do any planning for it. So this was a "last minute" put together party. Ava still loved it and had a lot of fun!
Ava woke up with balloons all over her room and streamers coming down her doorway (didn't get a picture go me)
Then before joy school she had her favorite breakfast Rainbow Dash pancakes, sausage and a rainbow sprinkle doughnut. Eat it while you can Ava...eat it while you can.
For the party I pre-ordered probably over 100 balloons from party city. Balloons that were not even blown up when I went to pick them up. Half of them popped getting from the car to our house because they were rushing and over blown them up. Same thing happened with Sienna's birthday. I'm not bitter.
We made "Pretty Pony Party Hats"
and painted our nails beautiful like Rarity.
We also went on a hunt for "cutie marks" but of course I did not take a picture.
We had push up cake pops and rainbow sherbet ice cream.
It was then time for Ava to open her presents. She got lots of great presents from great friends!
For the party favors the kids got "Apple Jacks Special Carmel Apples" to take home. I of course didn't take a picture.
She had a blast. Happy Birthday Ava Lynn!!

Easter
We had a great Easter weekend. On Friday afternoon my friend Annie and I put on egg coloring and cookie decorating party for the neighborhood kids. It was a lot fun.
On Saturday we had a neighborhood Easter egg hunt.
She was really good at it. I didn't have to help her.
Jac, Brooks and Ava
The stash (not sure why shes making a grumpy face)
Sienna wanted to help :)
After the hunt we walked about 30 feet to the next yard for our friend Daxton's first birthday party (didn't take any pics).
Later we went to the stake center for a musical production of The Lamb of God. It was really good. It really put me in the Easter spirit. The singers were very talented.
Sunday morning came and the Easter bunny left fun things for the girls.
Matching dresses, new shoes, and a basket full of goodies for Ava. (Next year Sienna)
It was tough getting a good picture of them together.
I love them.
With the weekend full of fun activity's we didn't forget to remember the real meaning of Easter. After church Tanner and I watch Elder Hollands talk from General Conference "None were with him". It made me feel so wonderful and grateful for our Savior and what the atonement means to me. When you get that wonderful feeling there is nothing else you can do than to get on your knees and thank your Heavenly Father for giving up his perfect son for me and my family.
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter!

Hard time
I'm not gonna lie, I do not like the way things are going right now. Its tough. Sienna is a very difficult baby. She cries...a lot. It seems like the only time shes not crying is when she is taking a nap but even then its so hard to get her to fall asleep. I'm very emotional...crying a lot. Lucky Tanner. I'm so sick. This pregnancy has been really tough. I thought I was over the "morning sickness" but it just comes back all the time. Its an all day event. I had great pregnancy's with Ava and Sienna so this is all new to me. I'm tired...all time. I don't remember being this tired with the other two. I have no energy which puts me in a depression funk. Tanner has been staying at the school a lot later because he has big tests coming up that he has to study for. He's bummed because he doesn't think he will do well on an Anatomy test on Wednesday. I was a nanny for 3 children but I told the mom I can't do it anymore. Not proud that I did that. We will see when I start feeling better if I'm able to watch them again. Some days are fine, other days I wish I was the little kid. It seemed so easy for my mom. Its weird to me that I am the mom. Do my kids get that same feeling about me as I did about my mom? That "everything is great because I have my mom, the safety net" feeling? I don't know if they do. I miss that feeling. Blah sorry this is so depressing. I know we chose to have 3 kids, 2 years into school and I wouldn't change it but it does come with its hard times.

Im back
I thought I was completely done blogging but this morning I got the urge to do it again. A lot has happened since my last post. We are currently living in the bay area where Tanner attends podiatry school in Oakland. Its a 4 year program with a 3 year residency at a different location. I'm not gonna lie I can't wait till this is all over. We, however, are having a blast along the way. Tanner is doing great in school! He loves it. I would like to thank BYU for having ridiculously hard science class, to the point where Tanner would come home on the verge of causing/dropping out of school ok a tad dramatic but it has made podiatry school come a lot easier to him. I think he secretly loves going but wont admit it nerd alert. I'm very happy hes happy.

Ava is getting so big and so fun! She has a "I can do it on my own" personality. Some might say it can be a bit stubborn sometimes Tanner blames me. No she really is a blast and very sweet. She loves to help me cook, clean and take care of Sienna. We lucked out with her. Since day one Sienna has been the complete opposite of Ava. Sienna is very needy, whinny and clingy but I wouldn't have it any other way. She entertains us so much. She has the best facial expressions and has the biggest smile. Oh and she eats non stop, but she is beautiful and I cant imagine life without her.
We are expecting our third in October and I'm quite nervous. Tanner will be in his second year of school hardest and most time consuming year. We will still be in a two bed one bath place. I will just have to make it work. But I am very excited about this one coming. It just means more memories.
Here's to life!

Change of plans
Well friends we are not going to chiropractic school. I think we just thought "fine we got in, lets do it so our heads don't hurt anymore." However, we didn't feel great about it. So we have a few other plans up our sleeves. We will let you know in the near future what we decide. I guess this time I should make sure that is what we are going to do before I post it.
P.S we cruise in 39 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
